Istikhaara Dream For Sisters House

Assalamualikum,
Request for interpretation of this dream for buying a house.
I am doing Isthikhara for my sister who is interested in buying a house.Actually they were three houses on sale on that particular street.Two were smaller and one was slightly bigger house.We realized buying the big house will be strainful on our finance and hence we decided on one small house and I was doing isthikhara for that house. Following is the dream I see.

Me and my sister were in a small store. We were buying perfume. We bought 2 small bottles and then looked at another one which was slightly bigger and liked that too. We were trying to bargain with the sales man. Then the owner of the store arrived and the salesman told him that we were bargaining for that bottle of perfume. The owner asked us what price we would like to buy it at. We told him the same price that we purchased the other 2 bottles. He smiled at us and said ok go ahead.
