Issue of Conditional Divorce

Assalam o alikum. I want to ask a question regarding conditional divorce. I have commited a sin before Nikah. I have done sexual intercoirse with a girl named “====”. And I have also been involved in physical relationships with some girls except intercourse. Please note that I did not have intercourse with any girl except mariam and my wife ===. This intercourse included penetration aswell. After some years I got married to a girl named “===”. She asked me to swear upon a conditional divorce.
I said “If I have commited sex with any other girl EXCEPT you and ==== then you are now divorced one time” my intention by saying the word sex was “intercourse” that included penetration.
After uttering this condition, i was doubtful regarding the word “sex”. When I searched on the internet, I found out that sex is a very broad term and includes sexual talks, sexual behaviour (kissing, hugging etc), and includes sexual intercourse aswell. While my intention behind saying the word “sex” was only intercourse which includes penetration. I am afraid that by saying “sex”, it would include kissing, hugging etc which I have done with one other girl named “huma”.
Now my question is that will my sentence of conditional divorce include intercourse only or all other behaviors i.e. hugging, kissing etc.
