Is having a private bathroom a condition to getting married?

Question ID: 24086

Assalamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh.
Respected Mufti, I hope this reaches you in good state of iman and health.
I would like to ask concerning marriage and my current situation:
At the moment I am a student at college and living in a student hostel, where I have my own lockable room which includes a bed, a fridge, a sink with running tap water and a cupboard. I also have the ability to cook within my own room by using small cooking equipment. However I do have to share the toilets and bathrooms with the other people (Muslims and Kuffar) who also live in that youth hostel.
I am also working part-time at the moment but I do not earn enough to rent a complete separate apartment. Now I want to marry a woman to protect myself from zina but I am not sure if it is permissible and/or advisable to live with a wife in my current situation. Especially since I do not have my own bathroom/toilet me and a wife would have to use the shared bathrooms/toilets. The bathrooms and toilets in the student hostel are lockable from inside so privacy is granted, but still I am not sure if it is permissible to live with a wife in such a situation, since I heard that having a private bathroom/toilet is a condition if one wants to marry a woman.
Could you please clarify if it is permissible and advisable for me in my current situation to marry?
Jazak Allahu khayran.
