Urgent Question

I have successfully applied your advice to a few occasions already, but every so often overwhelming fear means I have to seek advice regarding certain scenarios which arise, such as the one which has just occurred below:

I made a mistake in watching live snooker on my phone, which I’m going to try & stop doing.

One of the players was about to play a shot. I was so sure he would pot the ball that he was aiming for, that I made the following intention: if he does not pot it, I have become a kafir.

I am unsure as to whether a verbal utterance in line with the intent to become a kafir was made. This uncertainty is driven by a fear of a fatwa of kufr, which will prevent me from honestly concluding whether a verbal utterance was made proclaiming: “If he does not pot the ball, I am a kafir.” This fear will also influence wording of the question in a conservative manner so as to deliberately avoid a fatwa of kufr.

The player in question failed to pot the ball. The fear of having committed kufr was almost immediate, such that I am making firm intention not to watch snooker ever again.

In any case, in the given scenario, has kufr occurred & has nikah been invalidated?

NB: In order to be able to function normally, I would appreciate if you could respond as soon as you can. Jazakallah.

As stated previously you are not mentally stable. Seek the constant company of a senior, pious Alim of Deen.
