Inlaws leaving the house you live in with nothing

Been married 5 months – after wedding we have had innumerable arguments, disagreements, fights etc – both have been married before -husband is a bit mentally challenged – suffered breakdown some years ago when his first marriage folded – Parents took him off the medication prescribed to by his psychiatrist/psychologist.
Parents told us he is well and healthy w.out medication which was clearly not the truth.
The responsibility of married life proved tooo much for him – I have 2 children from a prev. marraige and he didn’t want my son (12 yrs) living with us (he has no children) My In- laws influence him at every turn and that led to great interference in our marriage – His Parents/family decided that it was time to end the marriage and he moved out of our home few weeks ago with absolutely everything, ALL furniture (incl. my bed), appliances, crockery, cutlery to the last teaspoon – I was left with almost nothing – (I am not concerned about the goods at all just that he/they don’t have any conscience…) I couldn’t make breakfast the next morning/s (no kettle or plate to warm anything) – I want to know if they are allowed to do this by taking everything from the marital home? We are not even divorced yet.. I have received no Nafaquah at all for the time that his been gone – we are at present awaiting an appointment with a judicial body for a verdict Insha-Allaah

What they have done is not becoming. I do not know what belongs to whom thus not able to comment.
Await decision of gudical body. If he divorces you he is liable for 'maintenance' during your Iddat period.
