Injured animal slaughtered

After slaugtering my sheep, it was discovered that the animal was injured. Do I perform my qurbani again? If yes, can I give a share or must I slaughter a sheep? How much of time do I have to do this?

Now that the time has passed. Give the money of a share away in charity to the poor.
