asalamu alaikum

my husband and i are married for 14 years.we have no children.

in the event of his death before me, how is his estate shared out? he has no parents, 3 brothers , 3 sisters.

in the event of my death before him, how is my estate shared out? i have both parents, 2 brothers , 3 sisters.

Wife gets 1/4
Full brothers get 1/6 each
Full sisters get 1/12 each

Father gets 1/3
Mother gets 1/6
