I ask this question on behalf of my mother and it pertains to inheritance.
My grandfather had three wives. The first two passed away before he did. When he passed away his entire estate went to his third wife as they were married in COP.
Now she too has passed away.
He fathered children with all three of his wives as follows:
1st wife: 1 remaining son, 2 remaining daughters, 1 daughter passed away.
2nd wife: 2 sons, 1 daughter
. 3rd wife: 4 sons, 4 daughters
How would the inheritance be distributed?
Is there any reason or justification for the children from the third wife to deny any amount of the inheritance to the children from the 1st and 2nd wives?
