Inheritance

Aslm. In islam if a lady who is my mother is the executor to my late father’s will, and she hasn’t been adhering to the shariah regarding the inheritance and she feels she is bound by the words of the deceased regarding the distribution of the estate which in fact states the deceaseds second wife must not inherit and equal shares go to the deceased son and daughter. What is the implications on executor if she carries out the above
