I had an uncle who had passed away in 2007.His father is deceased but his mother is still alive and he was not married so no wife and no children.He has 3 brothers and four sisters .He owned one shop, that he bought from his older brother ,and a he owned a house with which he lived with his mother and his Youngest brother and his family.
After his death the younger brother who lived with him paid all his debts . Who is entitled to the inheritance and what are the shares.?do his brothers and sisters take a share each ?
