Grandmother has 4 sons and 1 daughter. All are alive. Husband passed away. She has property (farmland) and would like to give the property to her daughter. Sons have own properties (2-3 stores being rented and their own business, their own house living in another house currently being rented out,
Does she need to share it equally?
