Assalamualaikum Question regarding inheritance Grandmother has 4 sons and 1 daughter. All are alive. Husband passed away. She has property (farmland) and would like to give the property to her daughter. Sons have own properties (2-3 stores being rented and their own business, their own house living in another house currently being rented out, etc). Can grandmother give the property out right to her daughter while still alive?
