. Kindly assist with the following
. Husband is married to Wife.
Husband and wife have 1 son and 2 daughters
. Both Husband and Wife have no parents alive but have living brothers and sisters
. Husband owns commercial cum residential double storey building.
Husband occupies one flat whilst the son occupies the other flat
.
Husband conducts business on the ground floor. The son is in the business perhaps employed.
Husband wants to secure Wifes interests in the event of Husbands death
. Husband also wants to give his 2 daughters some assets during his lifetime so that the son can eventually own the building and business absolutely.
Husband would expect upon Husbands death that his son cares for Wife during her lifetime
. How can Husband accommodate this wish and also comply with shariah?
