Assalaamu alaikum warahmatullahi wa barakaatu
. Respected Mufti saheb
. My husband could not not handle and tolerate when I became hysterical so in a fit of anger he told me it’s over, it’s over, (with the intention of talaaq) when I asked him ‘what is over?’ he said my work out of fear what I will do to myself and we carried on living together as husband and wife, and a year later out of jealousy he again said to me im telling you like I told your mother im giving you two weeks you must take what you want and leave(also with the intention of talaaq (and when I asked him he said he had no intention) and now two years down he came clean (2 weeks ago) and said it was talaaq because he intended it and he was always thinking of divorcing me and even said it out loud to himself.

Muftisaheb what divorce is it and how many times can he then divorce me, I was shocked when he told me that and asked how could he make us live in sin (is repentance sufficient) and can we marry again. I didn’t sit in iddat because I didnt know and must I sit in iddat now (the last month we only shared a bed. If a man divorces a woman can he still divorce her after the first incident where there was no iddat and no nikaah
.
Muftisaheb kindly advice. Jazakallah

As per the above, 2 Talaaqs have occurred (fallen). Behave like how a husband and wife behaves or he just has to say you are his wife then you are in wedlock. Be careful as there is only one Talaaq left.
