Statements of Kufr

Query that was written to maulana:If I write in email that I have said the statement ” I am not muslim, I denounce islam”, when in reality I haven’t and didnt say it. And the only reason I wrote this in the email that I said this particular statement was to enquire/ to get a fatwa and the ruling on such a matter. does this make me a non-muslim? In reality he hasn’t written in email at any time any of the above statements/contents mentioned in the above query but still referred to himself in the query that he wrote it so he could find out the ruling or get a fatwa in such a matter/case. Also if he asks the above query verbally, stating the above information explained in the above query. In reality he didn’t and hasn’t written in email at any time any of the above kufr statements/contents as mentioned in the above query but still referred to himself in the query that he asks the Mufti/maulana verbally. so he could find out the ruling/get a fatwa in such a matter. Does that make him kafir
