Imaam moves while reciting the Takbir

Is there a difference for the different Mathaabs for when the imaam shouls recite the takbeer?

No. The correct procedure is that the Imaam should say the 'Allaahu' and start moving into Rukhu or Sajda and on reaching the end of Rukhu or Sajda the 'Akbar' is to be said. No portion of Salaat must be void of recitation.
