Imaam and salaah

Assalaam alaykum,

1. Is salaah behind an imam shaving his beard valid?

2. is Salaah behind an imam having his trousers below his ankles valid?

3. can we depend solely on the computerised time of salah nowadays?

4. Can this conveniently replace visual observation when majority are not conversant with this?
