Husband not finding job and not wanting to move out of parents house

i’ve been married for just over a year and have been staying with my in laws ,i now want to move out with my husband and stay on our own.my husband is refusing stating he needs to stay with his parents because he needs to look after them.i dont think this is the case since my husband is not working and we are therefore totally reliant on his parents.his parents are wealthy and when i have brought up the issue about my husband getting a job they are refusing to allow him to, even though he has a degree because they feel they can set him up and he will earn more.its been over a year and still my husband is not working.im not happy staying with my in laws and after repeatedly begging my husband to move out i have now left and gone back home to stay with my parents.my husband has not contacted me for 1 and a half months please advise me on what to do
