Going out for shopping and work during iddat

Some women during their mourning period(iddat) go out for shopping and work, is this permissible? What is the Shariah ruling over this?

This is not permissible. This is a modern type of "iddat". In fact it is not Iddat, but a fine mockery of Islaam.
