Going against business rules

I work for a restaurant which does not allow us to take customer tips, which is unfair as we have worked for such tips and as a result I take the tips anyways is that haram or halal classed as stealing

plus my owner sells alcohol, technically as he is committing the sin and I am being paid for my work is my money also haram, because I heard haram money given in charity is the only way a sinner can repent.
