Assalamu Allaikum Mufti Saheb

I would like to find out what is the ruling regarding gelatine as the different halaal bodies have different views on it? is it halaal or haraam?
NIHT have given some promiunent Ulamas names as stating that they have given ruling that gelatine is halaal then why would SANHA who also have these Ulama in the same school of thought say it is haraam?
