ALAM-O-ALIECUM Wehmatullah

Allah bless you with all of his blessings i want to know that before four years i became the patient of Alsar and now four years i cant fast and i am 23 years old but i never ever give Fidya because before i am not able but now i can so i have to give or not please tell me?
