Feeling a discharge

Your Question: Assalam u alaikum janab, I just want to ask a simple question on behalf of my dear friend, she has a problem of purity.when she sees any male in front of her she feels like something has come out of her vagina it may be urine, mani or something else.
If her husband touches her she also feels like that in the day so what will she do. gusal is required or not?
