A fault in an article was introduced with the buyer, then he was made aware of a fault which came from the seller. What recourse has he now?

He (buyer) can deduct the value of the defect which came from the seller. He cannot return the article except with the happy consent of the seller, to take it back with the fault which was introduced with the buyer (Kitaabul Buyoo).
