Eye crust formation

I woke up and had eye crust formation and heard long time ago Wudhu won’t be complete unless it is removed , so in my Wudhu I washed my eyes properly as I usually do Alhamdulillah but after my Salaah when I rubbed my eyes i saw this on my hand,
