I’m married 20 years and my wife and I love each other very much. However, I ejaculate very quickly and it is unsatisfying for my wife at times.
I find it difficult to hold back as I’m over-excited. Sometimes I masturbate and ejaculate before we have intercourse so that I can last longer when I’m having sexual intercourse with my wife. But I then still ejaculate quickly when I’m inside my wife.
Is there a remedy or a good medication. I’m very shy to ask the chemist for medication. Please give advice.
