Dreaming of half body being paralyzed

As Salaamu alaikum

I had an offer to work abroad and when I read istikara nammaz I had a dream that I was laying flat, my Mother was looking at me and half my body was paralyzed. But I am so forgetful that I cant remember whether I read the namaaz; to take the offer or whether I read the namaaz to stay. Although I never got the job, I just wanted to know what the dream meant because it has been troubling me recently.
