Dreaming of being stabbed

Slms mufti saheb.I had a dream last night that I was in the courtyard of our local masjid and someone stabbed me in my back while I was performing salaah I suddenly went into sajda and when I got up I was fine although there was a lot of blood everywhere.please can you interpret it for me
