Dream when having a deep sleep nap from 2:05pm to 2:25 pm

As salaam mu alaiykum. Dearest Mufti jee. I had a nap this afternoon and had a dream of millions of worms entering into my body. It was not painful. Was just surreal. Saw millions of them all stuck together flowing through my organs. Then i woke up as the dream seemed too intense. I am asking as i already know i have alot of nazar with hasad. And had an argument with someone dear to me last night. Jazakallah khair and will eagerly await your learn’ed response.
