Doubts about najis

Dear brother a few days ago i woke and i smelled urine. I went toilet and my underwear was damp i smelled but couldn’t make my mind as to wheather it was urine or sweat. I then checked my trouser and i didn’t see any wetness. So i didn’t change my trouser and left for wok. If i sat in the car the doubt starts that i didn’t check my tourser properly and it might be wet. Also now everything in my work place look najis to me. If my hands are wet or touch any wet object i think i became najis. Also the day when my trouser was wet i put a money pocket around my waist and now i think i became najis. because my hands were wet and might have touched the trouser and then i have touched the pocket. Now that pocket is being used by my brother because he works with me. Should i wash that and so what should i do with the money coins.

Today i touched my pocket with wet hands and came home and took a shower to get rid if najis. I doubt wheather i poured water two times on my head and i use the towel and now i think the towel became najis and everyone else that has used it .
