I asked earlier why it was not permissible in Islam to donate bone marrow, having read elsewhere that that was the position. Your answer was “Is it not permissble?” Do I understand from your answer that it is, in fact, permissible in Islam to donate marrow and can I include my name on the bone marrow registry?
