Please could you give me advise.
I have been married to a revert for 5years now. he has done a lot of wrong like drinking, girl friends and abused me.
I am seperated from him for the last 3 months (1 May to date).
I was intimate with him once in this three months that im seperated.
He is willing to change and wants me to come back home.
what i would like to know is, is my nikha broken after three months of seperation.
And if he asked me to leave is it a form of thalaak.
