As Salaamu Alaikum

My cousin is married for 2 years. Before this he wanted to marry another woman but he never really asked her directly. He cares alot for his wife but still wants to marry this woman. She has now consented that she always wanted to marry him as well.
Can he divorce his wife as he does not love her, and loves this other woman.

He must not do that. He must be positive, grateful, and patient. He must cut off contact and any relationship with this other woman immediately. Marriage is not a joke.
