Difference between islam and shias

What is the difference between the Islam that we know and the Shia?

The Shias, themselves state that thier religion is different than ours. Their Kalimah, Quraan, Wudhu, Azaan, Salaat and belief concerning the Ambiyaa (A.S), Sahabah (R.A), Ahle Bait (R.A) and Muslim Ummat in general is different than the Ahlus Sunnat Wal Jamaat.
