I am a young Muslim female. I have been advised by my doctor to lose weight. Please advise regarding diet and exercise. Jazakallah

1) Eat when only hungry

2) Fast often

3) Eat 1/3 solid, 1/3 water, 1/3 leave empty.

4) Drink only water.

5) Stop sweets, chocolate, cakes, biscuits, chips, and crisps.
