I would like to know whether all types of death comes from ALLAH SWT.I am referring to death in accidents,murder,etc.If so then why should the offender then be punished if the death comes from ALLAH SWT

All comes from Allaah.

The consequences of course and action has to be addressed. The result has to have retribution.
