Death of animals

regarding an animal that is dead. we recently lost our cat presumed dead.we were very emotional as we had it for 4 years.kindly explain how the life of the animal is taken away and what happens to its soul and will we be accountable for any issues regarding our behavior towards it.

Souls area of variant categories. Their soul is also taken. To be stored but eventually destroyed. For them is not real accountability. If you have harmed the Animal seek forgiveness which is necessary for there is accountability in that ill behavior.
