Correcting the visible defects of the nose

I am seeking advice about having the visible defects to my nose corrected. There are two areas on my nose that are pushed inwards / dented. The start of my nose exposing a bump then further down just above the tip of it. My nose is upturned naturally causing the defect to look further exaggerated . The dents run along the circumference of the nose and are visible at all angles not just profile view.

For many years the appearance of my nose has affected me psychologically. My family often laugh at me as I have now developed a habit of covering my nose wherever I am trying to cover the defects. I only wear my hair down as it helps to cover and distract this defect. I am now wanting to observe hijab inshallah.� However I am worried I will not be able to manage this for long with the visible defects as i wont have my hair to hide behind. �Therefore returning to not wearing the hijab and committing a further major sin by going two steps back when trying to take a step forward.

My intention is not to beatify or enhance my looks.� It is merely to rid the visible defects.�I think I could even manage with having the minimal corrected. For example having the top half corrected leaving me with an upturned nose or just having the bottom half corrected leaving me with a hooked nose but either way there would be some harmony to the nose. The defect cannot just be seen from a profile view but rather the compressed areas run the circumference if the nose.�If I remember correctly I was dropped down a flight of stairs whilst an infant but I cannot confirm if this had an impact on my nose therefore do not want to take that into account.�I do not want to beatify myself as Alhamdulillah I have managed to refrain from plucking the eyebrows even with the comments and strange looks from others. �However the visible defects to my nose are too much for me.Would I be committing a sin or this permissible?�Jazakhallah
