Contract out a man of kin due to infertitlity

Question

If a couple does not get a child and it has been proven that this is due to the infertility of the husband, and the two secretly contract out a man of kin, is it acceptable according to the Shariah?

This is animalism, This is an act like those done in the Days of Ignorance. This is a major sin. This is heinous immorally immodest behavior. The curse of Allaah is upon all those involved in this case. There is absolutely no room for such a horrific and disastrous sin in the wonderfully high and lofty moral behavior pattern of Islaam. We pray that this has not happened. If such sins are committed then await the wrath of Allaah. Allaah save us.
