Respected Mufti Saheb, I had asked about a dream and I got the answer also but could not understand fully. Could you please explain me in detail what male issues are there. The reference question is being quoted:

Assalam o alaikum, Respected Mufti Elias Saheb, I want the dream to be interpreted that I usually see. I see private parts of females and sometimes touch it. Though I am Alhamdulillah regular in salat but still I see these dreams. 2. Recently I saw that I am going somewhere with my grandmother and its midday and she boarded a cycle rickshaw and there was with me my cousin brother also. We were in a street. People are busy selling things and cars and busses plying and then I saw a man sitting at the road side and selling watermelon. The watermelon was cut in slices and kept for people to buy. I saw a piece which was red in colour. What does these two dreams indicate. Jazzak Allah!
Answer
1) Will have male issues. 2) Spasmodic wealth increase.
