Cannot keep wudhu

Question

i recently had a pile operation and since have lots of wind and have no control over it. i cannot keep my wudhu during salaah and reading quraan, what must  i do regarding wudhu during salaah and reading of quraan?

If you are 'Mazoor' = incapacitated person i.e such a person who cannot hold Wudhu for the time taken to make Wudhu and a 4 Rakaats Salaat, then this lasts for a entire duration of a Salaat period then make Wudhu at the last time of the Salaat and perform the Salaat of that time with all its sunnats etc. make Wudhu then tayammum for Quraan tilaawaat
