Calculation of zakaat

i started selling cars about a year ago i currently have 3 cars to sell (1 for 3 months, 1 for 5 weeks and 1 for 3 weeks). i also have some cash meant for this business. please help me with the zakaat calculations (at cost or marked price and zakaat on stock not more than 1 year). jazakallah

Once the business reaches 1 Islaamic lunar year, then evaluate your car/as per current market value, together with your cash and regard that as your asset, irrespective whether the car/s were with you for any duration.
