Blood on Tissue After Cleaning Nose

I was in the state of wuzu.

I put my tissue in my nostril and upon removing the tissue, there was a bit of blood visible on the tissue – not a huge amount. Please note that the blood was not flowing from my nose. The only reason I noticed the spots of blood on the tissue was because I removed the tissue from my nose and looked at it.

Is my wuzu still in tact as I was not having a flowing nose bleed as such?
