Blanket gets messed after ejaculation in sleep

Asslam-o-aliakum!
I had ihtelam (ejaculation while sleeping) and the blanket I was putting on my body was wet by my sperm material. But I don’t know which part of my blanket is najis. What should I do? Should I wash the full cloth or what else?
