Allah is the Sustainer and sends down the rain through His Hukum so what is our belief supposed to be regarding Mikaeel Alayhissalaam?

Hadhrat Mika'eel (A.S) and his subordinates carry out the 'Hukum' of Allaah. They do not have the final 'Say'.
