Assalamu alaykum.

1) If a person thinks something bad when he is looking at a nude girl on the internet , is he sinful for his bad thought?

2) If a person thinks something bad when he is masturbating is he sinful for bad thought?

1) There is sin for looking. Bad thoughts are not recorded as sin. However, stop this evil act immediately for it will only lead to more dangerous evil.

2) The act is sinful, the thought is not recorded as sin.
