baby veil

salaam mufti. referring to question 8090. the veil covering the baby when he was born was almost like a balloon covering the whole baby. when the baby was born it seemed as if the child was still born as there was no cry as usual. the veil had to be broken for the baby to come out. this baby unlike other babies was really clean when he was born. intention was made before the baby was born, that if it were a baby boy then his name would be Muhammad. the baby was a boy and his name is muhammad. please tell me if there is any significance to the veil. jazakallah
