Babies soiled nappies

Is it permissible to leave a babies soiled nappy in a bucket in one’s bedroom at night or should one necessarily discard the nappy outside immediately.Is vomit , stool and urine of a baby napaak ?

Although it is permissable it is not advisable, vomit , stool and urine of the baby are all na-paak.
