This saying is attributed to Muhammad al Baaqir rahimahullah (not Marfoo'), that on the day of Badr an angel called out
"There is no better man than Ali, and no sword better than Dhul-Faqaar"
However, Allama Sakhaawi rahimahulla has said that this narration is very weak.
Mulla ali Al Qaari rahimahulla also mentions that this hadith has no basis and portrays it as this is an innovation of the Shee'a.

Sa'd bin Tareef is a raawi of this narration, ibnu hajar rahimahullah says he is matrook and that he was a raafidi, This hadith is supporting his tashayyu' thus rendering his narration as unacceptable

See Al maqaasidul Hasana (1307), Al Asraarul marfoo'a (595) and Taqreebut Tahzeeb

Note: Zul Faqaar being the name of the sword of Nabi salalaahu alayhi wa sallam is proven from other narrations
