Asking everyone to forgive you before going for hajj or umrah

If I was to go umrah or hajj is it neccesary to ask all the people that i know to forgive me to any upset or harm that i might have caused them and is it important that they forgive me. If this is true then will my umrah/ hajj be accepted by allah (S.W.T) if I don’t do this?
